About Us

Trussville Southside Baptist Church is an Independent Baptist Church. We strive to adhere to the teachings in the Holy Bible that we might represent our Lord Jesus Christ in Trussville and beyond.

Our Sunday Morning Service begins with the joyful singing of sacred music, praising and honoring God our Father and Jesus Christ His Son.

When it comes to preaching, Pastor AL says keep it simple, just preach the Word! The preaching is straight forward from the Holy Bible, not according to man's opinion. We don't promise that you'll hear a timely, relevant message that will leave you feeling good about yourself, but we do promise that you'll hear the truth of God's Word, and that has the power to transform lives!

Our Wednesday Evening meetings begin with a Fellowship meal at 6:00 pm followed by the Bible Study groups at 6:45 pm. The Youth dismiss to their classes and the Adults gather for Bible Study and prayer.
